The Centre for Independent Studies had intended to follow the rules for US presidential polls and ban any candidate from running in the Nanny Awards if they had already won twice. But when you come across a case of idiocy so perfectly exemplified, so meticulously constructed, that it rips apart the very fabric of space and time, we decided we had to rip up any plan to ban it from being considered once again for the awards. Ingrid Newkirk, founder of PETA, has updated her will, bequeathing a slice of her buttocks to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to protest the practice of mulesing in sheep. The article discusses various Nanny State proposals, such as banning ads for utes and SUVs, removing fossil fuel sponsorships, and calls to ban junk food TV advertising. The piece concludes with a humorous wish for a Merry Christmas before potential bans on parties in the future.
