The Impatient Libertarian

Join Ron Manners AO  and Peter Kurti in Sydney on August 6 for the launch of The Impatient Libertarian and a discussion on libertarian values.

Many roads can lead to success, but which combination of “ideas and strategy” will actually help you in achieving your dreams?

In The Impatient Libertarian, Australian mining legend Ron Manners AO presents compelling accounts of how individuals with vastly different personalities, circumstances and strategies have successfully addressed threats to Australian liberty – apathy and complacency.

In his markedly entertaining and informative fashion, Ron reveals the life-changing benefits of the libertarian philosophy of self-responsibility and the other proven approach to successful economic leadership.

Ron Manners AO is Chairman of Mannwest Group Pty Ltd. Ron is also the founder and a director of the Mannkal Economic Education Foundation, which sponsors students to receive internships and attend conferences across the globe. The Impatient Libertarian is his eighth book.

Peter Kurti is director of the Culture, Prosperity & Civil Society program at CIS and is also Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Law and Business at the University of Notre Dame Australia.

Tom Switzer is the Executive Director at CIS, and formerly hosted Between the Lines on the ABC’s Radio National. He is also a regular contributor to The Australian and the Australian Financial Review.
