By ending the raft of current discriminatory, costly and ineffective Indigenous education policies, the New South Wales Coalition Government has the opportunity to ensure all Indigenous children starting school in 2013 receive a quality education.
This submission is based on four years' research on Indigenous education, including three published papers and a fourth to be published in April which reviews NAPLAN results from 2008 to 2011 for all states and territories.
